Team Admin permissions:
- Create and manage multiple spaces
- Invite Team Members and provide permanent roles
- Invite guests from the team account or directly from space
- Space Admin features
- Access to the Team settings (name, logo, SSO)
- Access to billing
- Must log in via email
Note: Only participants who have been invited to Team as members can get permanent roles
Space Admin permissions:
- Promoted by Team Admin
- Full access to predefined space inside the Team
- Invite guests from team settings to predefined spaces
- Full access to space settings and customization features
- An option to limit access to the space and change the URL
- No access to billing
- Can promote guest as a temporary host in the space
- Must log in via email
Space Moderator permissions:
- Promoted by the Team Admin
- Have access to predefined spaces in the Team
- Can interact with room restrictions despite its settings (Go on the stage, control room elements, jump to hiden rooms...)
- Invite guests from the space
- Must log in via mail
Member permissions:
- Promoted by Team Admin
- Member of the predefined Team
- Access to predefined spaces
- Role of guests in promoted spaces
- Invite guests
- Affected by room permission
- Must log in via email
Guest permissions:
- Invited by any team member
- Not a team member
- Don`t have access to a Team account
- Can use the space also without an email login
