Here we count day as a 24-hour period, starting date and time you set via the checkout.

Access is activated upon your payment prior to your event with a 25-seat capacity (in order for you to take your time and setup your space for your event) and full capacity is activated for the duration of your event.

$6 USD/mo per seat for an annual subscription ($72 USD/year per seat, save 14%)

Frequently asked questions
What is a seat?
One seat is the ability for one single person to join the SpatialChat space and be online. For example, if you expect 50 people maximum online, you will need 50 seats.
What are my payment options?
All payments are made via credit card for Standard, Day Pass, Team, and Pro plans. For Day Passes, Team & Pro plans we can issue an invoice over $200 with an option to pay by bank wire. EUR prices are applicable for EU-based customers and local VAT is applicable unless we use reverse charge on VAT. For Pro plans, we also can issue an Order Form at your request.
Do I have a dedicated Account Manager?
Account Manager is available to you on Team and Pro plans
Can I sign NDA to discuss a project with my important client?
We have a lot of cases where our customers who organize an event for their important clients would like to sign some NDA. We have a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement template for you. Ask your Account Manager.
Day Pass duration
Day Pass equals 24-hour access to your space within your Day Pass package no matter how many times your guests log in or log out.
Can I have analytics of my event?
We provide in-event analytics reports manually made by our analysts at your request. Free analytics report is included for Pro customers for their first 2 events. In all other cases, Analytics reports cost $150 USD per event.
Do you provide in-event technical support?
Yes, we have our customer support team that can exclusively be with you during your event at $150 USD/hour. Ask your Account Manager and schedule a time with our support team in advance.
Which PII (Personal Identifiable Information) do you collect and where do you store it?
We only store admin emails and don’t (currently) require your guests to register with the service, hence we don’t store their contacts. Also, we store guest's anonymised IP addresses in order to improve your connection quality by automatically assigning your SpatialChat Space into one of our 6 video streaming datacenters worldwide (two in USA, one in Germany, one in Singapore, one in Brazil and one in Japan).
